Our commitment to quality perfection is reflected in the products we manufacture.

HÖCKER STRUCTURES are designed, developed and assembled at the Röder HTS Höcker GmbH head office and production facility located at Kefenrod, Germany.

Based on decades of tent manufacturing experience, the 42,000m² state-of-the-art facility was commissioned and constructed in 2005 specifically for the manufacture of our tent systems and accessory products.

The purpose-built factory incorporates high levels of technology combined with advanced production systems that are applied throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Innovation and technology are foremost in the company’s philosophy with substantial investment in the production process being a key feature. This investment ensures the highest level of quality, efficiency and productivity. Our facility has the capability and capacity to operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week ensuring that high product demand and delivery timelines are achieved.

Our streamlined facility manufactures structures from four, purpose-built production halls. Each hall is equipped with two DEMAG 5-tonne state-of-the-art overhead crane systems which enable the smooth flow of product throughout the entire production process from raw material through to finished product.

All HÖCKER Structures primary frame components are manufactured on one of four, five-axis high-speed CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machines. These machines offer a degree of accuracy second to none in terms of finish, precise quality of cutting and hole accuracy.

When the primary frame is completed, secondary component parts, for example brackets, inserts and connecting pieces, are fitted. All cut edges are hand finished and keder channels are de-burred to allow for the smooth running of the keder when installing the covers. Once component parts are fully assembled, all frames and components are subject to quality control and final inspection. Following final inspection products are packed, banded and prepared for customer dispatch.

The entire factory operation is fully supported by a reliable infrastructure system that enables us to produce our world leading clear-span tent systems and accessories effectively and efficiently.
