The Röder HTS Höcker GmbH, HOME SHOW "TENT-EXPO" 2009 was held between 18 – 21 November in Wächtersbach, Germany.
This year was a special show as it witnessed the Röder families celebrating a 50 year association with the tent business. Today Röder HTS Höcker GmbH has become a global specialist in the design and manufacture of world class event tent systems, industrial buildings and custom designed structures. Joining in the 4 day celebration were 1800 visitors from 25 countries each of who are current or potential customers.
Taking centre stage the Expo featured a unique, innovative structure the ‘cathedral ‘for the main hospitality area, this structure spanned 15.00m x 40.00m with an impressive 15.09m ridge height. Other Structures on display included; the super light weight carbon / alloy hybrid structure which is a revolution in tent technology; specialist event rental tents, storage & industrial structures as well as all types of event structures and frames types.
Within the main structures and the exhibition tent there was a show cased selection of the accessories available were on display including hard and glass walling systems, the new lightweight doors, the latest flooring systems and many more products. The exhibition hall included representation from key suppliers to the industry which covered all event needs; heating, flooring, lighting, tent cleaning and much more.
All the visitors to Tent Expo 2009 enjoyed Röder HTS Höcker’s world famous complimentary hospitality for the duration of the event, including an informative guided tour of its extensive head-office & production facility. The highlight of the event and in keeping with this anniversary celebration everyone was invited to a special guest performance on the Friday evening from singer Paul Potts who thrilled the 800 visitors and guests.
With all visitors to the show being able to take advantage of special "show-only" discounts on any of its products. Accio Events from the UK took full advantage of this offer and purchased the main structure frame and covers – which will be delivered to them early next month. Stephen Casey, Managing Director Accio Group said “This structure would further enhance the Accio image for creating unique and innovative events”.
