HÖCKER L-SERIES - Relocatable Industrial Structures

Relocatable industrial solutions are available in clear span widths of 5.00m to 30.00m. Designed for both permanent and semi-permanent applications, areas of use include storage, retail outlets, car showrooms and production facilities.

The L-SERIES modular building system provides instant, semi-permanent, re-locatable space solutions suitable for many applications. Be it general warehousing, temporary retail trading floors, factories, cold storage or showrooms, the L-SERIES structure system provides a more affordable and flexible solution when compared to conventional buildings. 

Standard L-SERIES industrial structures are available in clear-span widths from 5.00m - 30.00m with varying eave heights from 4.20m - 6.20m.  All L-SERIES buildings are a modular design and be increased or decreased in length as and when required.  They can be installed without the need for complex and expensive foundations thus vastly reducing costs and build times.  Our standard industrial buildings are calculated for a snow-loading up to 75kgm². Higher snow load ratings, span widths and eave heights are available on request. 

All industrial buildings can be configured in a variety of formats dependent on budget and application.

Wall sections can be supplied in soft PVC, corrugated steel sheet or composite panels in thicknesses of 40mm, 60mm, 70mm or 80mm ensuring optimal thermal "U" values.

Roof and gable sections are available as single layer PVC or 'THERMO' inflatable PVC both in translucent or OPAQUE fabric, corrugated steel or insulated composite steel panel roofs ensuring minimal internal draughts and higher "U" values which translate to savings on heating / air-conditioning costs.

In addition, all structures are available with a full range of optional accessories. These include: canopies, floor systems, roller shutter, sliding and personnel doors, glazed windows, gutters and more...
